Our Future Goals
At SHED Welfare Society, our mission is not only to respond to immediate needs but to create long-term change that brings dignity, hope, and opportunity to vulnerable communities. Through the support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we are working toward the following future goals:
Establishment of an Orphan Care Center
One of SHED Welfare Society’s major future goals is to establish a dedicated Orphan Care Center to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children who have lost parental care.
Our vision is to offer:
- Safe accommodation and protection
- Quality education opportunities
- Nutritious food and healthcare
- Emotional and social support
- Skill development and character building
- We believe every child deserves love, education, and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Development of an Old Age Home
SHED Welfare Society aims to establish an Old Age Home for elderly individuals who are neglected, living alone, or facing financial hardship.
Our planned services include:
- Safe and comfortable living facilities
- Daily care and support
Access to healthcare services - Emotional and social engagement activities
- Respectful and dignified living conditions
- Our goal is to ensure senior citizens receive care, respect, and a peaceful environment.
Freedom and Rehabilitation of Brick Kiln Families
SHED Welfare Society is committed to continuing its efforts to support families affected by bonded labor. Our future goal is to release 12–15 families from brick kiln factories and help them move toward independent and dignified living.
This initiative aims to:
- Assist in releasing families from debt-based labor situations
- Support rehabilitation and reintegration
- Help children access education
- Promote opportunities for sustainable livelihoods
- Our vision is to see families living with freedom, security, and hope for future generations.
Construction of a Permanent School Building
Currently, SHED Welfare Society operates educational activities in a rented facility. Our future goal is to construct a permanent school building to expand educational opportunities for underprivileged children.
This project will help us:
- Provide a stable and long-term learning environment
- Increase student enrollment capacity
- Improve classrooms and educational facilities
- Create a safe and inspiring space for children’s growth
- We believe education is one of the strongest tools to break the cycle of poverty.
